Since the goods are delivered to you directly from the manufacturer, we are not responsible for the fact that the parcel has been confiscated due to problems in customs clearance or came to you to be damaged. That's why you have to specify on the official websites of the customs legislation of your country.
If the goods have been damaged or lost - the whole responsibility falls on the delivery service. In order not to get into trouble, we strongly recommend that you check the integrity of the package directly to the office of the shipping service. If the fault of the service delivery is damaged goods - immediately demand financial compensation.
